At Bethalocks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, here is our return and refund policy.

1. Conditions for Refunds and Returns
We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:
✔ The item must be unused and in its original condition.
✔ It must be returned in its original packaging.
✔ The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
✔ Returns do not apply to customized, sale, or clearance items.

2. How to Request a Refund
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

Your order number.
Photos of the product in its current condition.
Reason for the return.
2️⃣ Our team will review the request and respond within 5 business days.

3️⃣ If your return is approved, we will send you the return address and instructions.

3. Shipping Costs
📌 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless:

The product has a manufacturing defect.
You received an incorrect item.
4. Refund Processing
🔹 Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it. If it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund.
🔹 The refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase and may take 7-10 business days to be reflected in your account.
🔹 If the product does not meet the return requirements, we will not be able to process the refund.

5. Defective or Incorrect Products
